In my cuisine, I am proud to offer local ingredients, so that my customers may enjoy the flavors of each of the four seasons. I personally inspect every ingredient with my own eyes, prepare my broth with the finest kombu seaweed and bonito, and create my Japanese cuisine in line with the available foodstuffs.
Because I prepare my luncheon trays with many varied dishes, and my dinner menu sets with luxurious ingredients, I make sure to give my customers full satisfaction with both the volume and the flavor of my cuisine.
